James Hou

James Hou graduated from the Tulane University School of Law and was an editor of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal. After more than a decade advising corporations and government agencies, James founded the Rampart Law Group to serve business owners.

Prior to law practice, he was a U.S. Senate staff member and served nine years with the U.S. Army, to include a tour in Iraq with the 101st Airborne Division. His volunteer engagements include serving as pro bono advocate for special-needs families and assisting with resettlement and integration of Afghan refugees.
